Franciscan Friar Justin Belitz is the director of the interfaith meditation and holistic living center, the Hermitage, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is the author of four books and over a dozen meditation CDs. His popular workshops have been offered for over 40 years all over the world, primarily in the USA, Europe, and Australia. His four books summarize the approaches of those workshops. They have been translated into several languages, including French and Polish. Friar Justin is also a skilled meditation teacher, using the Silva technique.
